Festival of India - 2011

The Heart2Heart team hosted a booth at the 2011 Festival Of India at Richmond VA.  In this 2-day events, many people visited the Heart2Heart booth for buying cards, donating, volunteering and inquiries.

The team was happy to be able to fulfil their goal by helping two organizations... Raising money for Doctors Without Border - which is the team's important goal, and enabling Hindu Center of Virginia to participate in this domestic non-profit work which the FOI team can be proud of.

Window Display in Twin Hickory Area Library in Henrico County

We are very happy to announce that we are displaying all the card designs of Heart2Heart in the Twin Hickory Area Library in the month of March, 2011. Some of the designs are enlarged for better view. Do stop by and take a look at this beautiful display.

We would like to thank the staff at Twin Hickory Area Library for all their gracious support to set up this display window.

We thank Lord Ganesha, the Lord of obstacle remover for making this event possible. For giving us this wonderful opportunity and for sending our way the most benevolent individuals who have helped us to be where we are today. We seek His blessings and may He inspire us to do better in the coming days.

At Visual Arts Center..

The Holiday Open House at Visual Arts Center was a good experience. We had an opportunity to display & sell our cards along with other artists selling art in various media like glass, prints, ceramics & fiber-arts. Our cards & mission were well appreciated by all who came & many of them bought their holiday cards from us. We even had folks who appreciated not just the art on our cards, but also the quotes on some of our cards - especially the quotes on our "Kites" series of cards that had been suggested by 13-year-old Vibha ! Way to go Vibha - you have inspired so many interpretations to those "Kites" :-)

We are at The Visual Ats Center on December 11th

The Visual Arts Center located on West Main Street is hosting a holiday open house on Saturday, 11 December from 12:30 to 4:00 p.m. We are displaying and selling cards at this event. We encourage you to come visit us at this gallery for your Christmas shopping. You will find several other vendors and refreshments, complimentary by The Visual Arts Center. And oh yes it is a free event !
